Adorned with a delicate straw yellow color tinged with light golden reflections the Saint Pierre 2016 invites to the tasting. The first nose is a lively blend of flowers honey, white peach with subtle notes of boxwood. The attack is spruce, a delicate acidity that carries a powerful aroma with chiseled notes of citrus fruit with a complexity enhanced by an iodized final touch. The liveliness leaves space for a roundness that coats the palate with an incredible length in mouth.
