The Saint Salonius asserts its colorful appearance and its complex, structured, suave, opulent and fresh taste.

The quality and notoriety of this cuvée is constantly growing. It was served at the Jury of the Cannes Film Festival and the G20 heads of state in 2011.

Tasting notes Made by Gérard BASSET, best sommelier of the world 2010. Vintage 2013, tasted in August 2014 raw barrels and vats in primeurs.

The wine is bright, with light ruby ​​reflections and a pink rim. Black ripe cherry on the first nose, but also some notes of wild herbs fruit macerated in alcohol. Soft and smooth on the palate. The aromatic palette is light with a final berry red.
