SAINT HONORAT - Syrah 2017

An intense, brilliant purple colour with purple highlights adorns this Saint Honorat 2017.

A first nose of morello cherry, blackberry, pepper and a hint of cinnamon reveals a complex aroma that is found on the palate carried by a beautiful acidity and an intense tannic structure.

This wine shows all its potential for ageing and leaves a smooth finish with good persistence.

Vintage 2017, tasted in December 2018 direct from barrels and stanless tank, in primeur.
