Lerina Green : Produced by the monks from Lerins Abbey since the XIXth century, the recipe has been refined in 1948 and is transmitted from monk distiller to monk distiller. It is composed of 44 herbs and plants (some are cultivated on the island).

Verbena : Verveine liqueur started being made towards 1948/49. Its formula is very simple and entirely natural. It is very demanding to make as it has a very long maceration time associated with a rigorous selection of vervain leaves. It appeals to connoisseurs and novices alike. To be enjoyed at the end of your meal.

Lerina Yellow : Produced by the monks from Lerins Abbey for the last 150 years, the recipe has been
refined in 1948 and is transmitted from monk distiller to monk distiller. It is composed of 44 herbs and plants. Lérina Jaune has a more mellow flavor than Lerina Verte due to different proportions of plants. Its golden yellow color, completely natural, comes from the saffron. You will notice the strength of the citrus fruits and the tonicity of the terroir.

Mandarin : The recipe was created by a young monk in 1994. Its freshness and the feeling of a mouthful of citrus fruits from Saint Honorat is a real treat. Supple, delicate, fruityand well balanced.
