Cuvée Saint Honorat (Syrah)
Deep and intense dress. Complex nose with some notes of black fruits and spices. Matter in the mouth with tannins still present on their youth.
The year 2015 was marked by a particularly dry spring. From March onwards, rainfall was low and decreased as summer approached, giving way to heat waves during the summer. A work of restructuring the size of the vineyard coupled with a dry spring resulted in a small harvest and an early harvest. However, the sanitary state of the grapes and a sufficient maturity were at the rendezvous.
The vintage was marked by an exceptional particularity, that of an advanced maturity on all the grape varieties, since the harvest took place between August 17th and September 4th, ending with Mourvèdre, a late grape variety. This barrel is quite new compared to the history of the last few years. Although the 2015 production is low, the vinification was carried out to optimize this quality vintage.

Tasting notes REALIZED BY BROTHER MARIE, MASTER OF CHAIS. VINTAGE 2015
TASTE IN AUGUST 2016 RAW DRUGS AND TANKS, IN PRIMEURS.
An intense garnet with purple reflections adorns this Saint Honorat 2015. The aroma bursts on the nose with notes of plum, cherry and chocolate. The attack in mouth is supple, greedy and rich. A nice balance is in place between the acidity and an intense tannic structure which suggests a very good ageing potential. The finish is straightforward and very long.
