TASTING NOTES :

Adorned with a delicate straw yellow colour, tinged with light golden highlights, Saint Pierre 2020 invites you to taste it. The first nose is a lively mix of citrus fruits and honey with subtle notes of boxwood. Worn to the lips, the attack is frank. This spirited wine has a powerful aroma with chiselled notes of pomelo and pear. The wine's sapidity is proportional to its tension, for a mineral finish that coats the palate. Its long finish is enhanced by a touch of iodine.
