The Saint Césaire, produced by the monks of the abbey of Lérins, is characterised by its complexity, structure, fatness and length in the mouth. It can be drunk young or stored in the cellar (12°, 80% humidity) for 7 to 8 years.
Its robe is deep, yellow and golden. The first nose is a pleasure of refinement and delicacy. Worn on the lips, the attack is silky, supported by a beautiful tension. Charming by its aromatic finesse, the cuvée offers with its exceptional persistence the reminiscence of a deep and intense mouth.

Tasting notes
Decorated with a golden robe tinged with silvery reflections, the Saint Césaire 2019 invites you to taste it. The nose is a harmony of sweet peach, grapefruit and brioche. On the palate, the lively nectar on the attack quickly gives way to a smooth and silky roundness. The palate is filled with buttery notes completed by a hint of broom flowers and sweet spices. The finish is ample, the length is exceptional.
