Saint Honorat 2013

Bright, deep purple with a violet rim

The nose shows at first a strong gamey character and then reveals notes of blackberry and blueberry

Rounded with ripe tannin on the palate.  The wine is middle weight in body with a gamey finish.

Saint Pierre 2014

• Cuvée Saint Pierre (Clairette/Chardonnay) – 13 %

TASTING NOTES: REALIZED BY BROTHER MARIE, CHAIS MASTER. VINTAGE 2015, TASTING IN AUGUST 2016 GROSS OF BARS AND CUVES, IN PRIMERS.

Decorated with a delicate straw yellow color with light golden glints, the St Pierre 2015 invites you to taste. The first nose is a lively blend of flower honey, apricot and white peach. The aromatic evolves rapidly on a tertiary character with subtle notes of toast. On the palate, the attack is frank with a nice acidity which carries a powerful aroma with notes similar to those of the nose with a complexity enhanced by notes of fresh ginger. A pretty roundness coats the palate. The finish is incredibly long.
