Decorated with a delicate straw yellow color with light golden glints, the St Pierre 2015 invites you to taste. The first nose is a lively blend of flower honey, apricot and white peach. The aromatic evolves rapidly on a tertiary character with subtle notes of toast. On the palate, the attack is frank with a nice acidity which carries a powerful aroma with notes similar to those of the nose with a complexity enhanced by notes of fresh ginger. A pretty roundness coats the palate. The finish is incredibly long.
