SAINT CYPRIEN - Millésime 2023

The St Cyprien cuvée is made from our oldest viognier vines which are between 60 & 80 years old.

This gives this cuvée a characteristic identity that expresses the unique terroir of St Honorat.

Adorned with a delicate crystalline yellow colour with green highlights, Saint Cyprien 2023 is an invitation to taste. The first nose reveals delicate aromas of hawthorn, boxwood and white peach. On the palate, the attack is lively, with white peach mingling with apricot notes supported by a very fine bitterness and a hint of lemon that enhances this intense and charming palate. The finish is full of tension, giving way to delicate floral and sweet aromas, with an exceptional length on the palate.

More info

The Saint Cyprien 2023 cuvée produced 400 bottles from a small 0.15 ha plot of Viognier on the south side of the island of Saint Honorat, a few metres from the turquoise waters. Organic viticulture on a clay-limestone terroir. Harvested in the morning of August 25th, the wine is quickly pressed and fermented at low temperature for 22 days. The wine is aged for 10 months in stainless steel vats to refine its aromas and keep its freshness.
