Cuvée St Pierre is unique in the world thanks to its blend of North/South grape varieties: Clairette and Chardonnay with a little Viognier and Rolle.
Adorned with a delicate straw yellow colour, tinged with light golden highlights, Saint Pierre 2023 is an invitation to taste. The first nose is a lively blend of citrus fruit, honey and subtle hints of boxwood. On the palate, the attack is straightforward. This spirited wine has powerful aromas with chiselled notes of pomelo and pear. The wine's sapidity is in proportion to its tension, for a finish with lovely bitters. Its long finish is enhanced by a touch of iodine.
