Cuvée Saint Honorat 2016 (Syrah) - 13 %
An intense, brilliant purple colour with purple highlights adorns this Saint Honorat 2016.

A first nose of morello cherry, blackberry, pepper and a hint of cinnamon reveals a complex aroma that is found on the palate carried by a beautiful acidity and an intense tannic structure.

This wine shows all its potential for ageing and leaves a suave finish and a beautiful persistence.

Cuvée Saint Honorat 2017 (Syrah) - 12.5 %

A first nose of raspberry, blackberry, pepper and a hint of cinnamon reveals a complex aroma that is found on the palate carried by a beautiful acidity and an intense tannic structure.

This great wine shows all its potential for ageing and leaves a suave finish and a beautiful persistence.

Cuvée Saint Honorat 2018 (Syrah) - 13 %
The year 2018 was a very atypical vintage on the Mediterranean rim. Very rainy during the spring and early summer. It required constant vigilance in the plots. From the beginning of July onwards, drier and warmer weather allowed the grapes to ripen peacefully. The grapes harvested with a little delay revealed great organoleptic qualities in the cellar. A beautiful vivacity and a fresh aroma of small red fruits are the characteristics of this vintage.

All of this contributed to a very good harvest in terms of volume and quality. The wine is finer, more supple and silky than other vintages. You can drink it now or keep it for a while.
