SAINT PIERRE - Clairette-Chardonnay 2019

TASTING NOTES :
Decorated with a delicate straw-yellow colour, tinged with light golden reflections, the Saint Pierre 2019 is an invitation to taste. The first nose is a lively blend of citrus fruit, honey with subtle hints of boxwood. On the palate, the attack is frank. This spirited wine has powerful aromas with hints of grapefruit. The sapidity of the wine is proportional to its tension, for a mineral finish coats the palate. Its beautiful length in the mouth is enhanced by a touch of iodine and vanilla.
