Adorned with a delicate straw-yellow color, tinged with light golden hues, the 2017 Saint Pierre invites you to taste. The first nose is a lively blend of citrus, flower honey with subtle boxwood notes. Carried to the lips, the attack is frank, a delicate acidity which carries a powerful aromatic with the chiselled notes of grapefruit and peach. The tension gives way to a roundness for a loose finish that coats the palate with a beautiful length in the mouth enhanced by an iodized touch.
