A delicate crimson colour with ruby reflections adorns this vintage. The first nose is dazzling. Intense aromas of redcurrant, cherry and green pepper. On the palate, this fine beverage reveals a delight of fleshy fruits, the silky tannins of the racy Pinot Noir and unique matured under the Mediterranean sun, a tribute to the distant Burgundian hillsides sublimated by the Cistercian monks.

Our Bachelor apprentice decided to create a grape jam as part of his thesis. It was elaborated with our Pinot Noir grappillons on the island Saint Honorat. Tasteful and fleshy, the grape has a slightly acidulous, fresh and sweet flavor. To be enjoyed on toast or as a preparation for pie and dessert. This jam has been prepared with our organically grown grapes. Its sweetness and flavors will make you immediately travel to the sun of the French Riviera.
